Resin
Photopolymer

Sub-100µm feature accuracy, glass-smooth surfaces, and a formulation for every application — from castable jewelry wax to biocompatible dental resin.

When detail matters most

Photopolymer resins cure via UV light — SLA laser or MSLA/DLP LCD flash. Layer heights as thin as 10µm and XY resolution down to 19µm produce surfaces that rival injection-moulded parts straight off the printer.

Castable resins burn out cleanly at under 100ppm ash at 500°C — leaving no residue that would contaminate precious metal castings in jewelry investment work.

Resin types

  • Standard Resin — high detail, rigid, slightly brittle
  • ABS-Like Resin — impact resistant, less prone to cracking
  • Flexible / Elastic Resin — rubber-like Shore hardness range
  • Castable Wax Resin — jewelry and metal casting production
  • Dental Resin — biocompatible, Class IIa certified formulations
  • Engineering Resin — high heat and chemical resistance

Safety requirements

Uncured resin is a skin and respiratory sensitiser. Nitrile gloves, safety glasses, and adequate ventilation are non-negotiable at all times when handling liquid resin.
