Nylon (PA12 in SLS, PA6 in FDM) offers an exceptional balance of strength, flexibility, and chemical resistance. Its self-lubricating properties make it ideal for gears, hinges, and sliding mechanisms that must function without lubrication.

SLS Nylon PA12 produces interlocking mechanisms and living hinges in a single print — no assembly. This transforms the economics of complex mechanical product design completely.
